The content on this website describes Vardr OS in general terms. It is not an offer, a contract, or a commitment to provide any specific capability. What Vardr does for a particular business is defined by that business’s written agreement with Vardr and the configuration agreed with them.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing on this website is a guarantee of revenue, growth, savings, efficiency, or any other business outcome. No figures presented on this site as samples or illustrations represent actual results, and no interface illustration on this site represents actual product functionality.
The restaurant fee commitment
The commitment described on the restaurants page applies only to restaurants, and only under the following conditions:
- It applies to the monthly Vardr fee only. It does not apply to third-party costs, delivery costs, payment processing fees, hardware, or one-time setup or configuration work.
- Qualifying revenue, the attribution rules used to measure it, and the measurement period are defined in the restaurant’s written agreement with Vardr before the measurement period begins.
- It requires that the agreed capabilities are enabled and in use, and that the restaurant supplies the information reasonably needed to measure them.
- It is not offered in any other industry and is not transferable.
Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.
Professional scope
Vardr does not provide legal, medical, dental, accounting, tax or investment advice, and does not make professional judgements in any regulated field. Vardr is not a telecommunications carrier. Vardr makes no healthcare regulatory compliance claim, including HIPAA.
Assessment requests
A business assessment is provided at no charge and with no obligation. Requesting one does not create a contract, and we may decline to proceed if Vardr is not a suitable fit.
Intellectual property
